Managing Incidents
Viewing Incidents
From the Alerts > Incidents tab you can view all active and nonactive incidents.


For each incident you can click on the Opened column link to view more details.


This will take you to the Incident Details page.


Here you can view an incidents logs or acknowledge it.
Acknowledging an Incident
Once on the Incident Details page you can then acknowledge an incident, which will mark it as acknowledged at the current time by the current user, designated by their email address.
